Communications Policy & Consent (SMS / Email)
Version 2.0
TCPA & CAN-SPAM · transactional and marketing messaging
This Communications Policy explains how Carify, Inc. ("Carify") contacts you by text message (SMS) and email, and the consent you give when you provide your phone number or email address.
1. Transactional messages
When you place an order or use the Services, Carify sends service messages needed to provide them, for example booking confirmations, scheduling, "report ready" notices, and Inspection Accuracy Guarantee claim updates. These are not marketing.
2. Marketing messages (opt-in)
- Carify sends promotional SMS or email only if you opt in. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing the Services.
- By opting in to SMS you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
3. How to stop
- SMS: reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional service messages tied to an active order.
4. Our compliance
- Carify complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM. Carify honors opt-outs promptly, identifies itself as the sender, and includes a valid postal address and unsubscribe method in marketing email.
- Carify keeps records of consent and opt-out requests.
5. Checkout consent language (for the website)
I agree to Carify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By providing my phone number, I consent to receive transactional texts about my order.
Optional: send me Carify offers and updates by SMS or email. Consent is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to opt out.
